Compass Associates recently celebrated the success of Q2 by participating in several activities and an evening to celebrate.  

 At the end of each quarter, Compass Associates, as part of CRS, rewards employees for all their hard work and successes by treating everyone to an evening or day out. To mark the end of Q2, our Autumn End of Quarter saw us arrange various activities for the team during the day, followed by an evening celebration. 

Portsmouth & London offices take part in daytime activities

Our Portsmouth and London offices joined forces to participate in a host of activities to celebrate Q2’s success. These varied from go-karting, shooting/archery, alpaca walking, laser quest, wine tasting and a vineyard tour and escape rooms. Everyone in the business got to choose which activity that they would like to participate in. Some events involved more competitiveness than others but nevertheless were enjoyed by all.  

The evening celebrations were followed up by exclusively hiring one of Southsea’s most fun and vibrant bars, The Emporium. A choice of drinks and a delicious food buffet was provided for all. Entertainment included a DJ and a saxophone player for all to enjoy. It was a fantastic evening very much enjoyed by all!  

Manchester office takes part in an afternoon of outdoor activities 

The Manchester team attended activities much closer to home this time instead of venturing down to Portsmouth HQ. The team attended a local farm activity centre, which allowed them to participate in activities such as archery, clay pigeon shooting and getting to play with the farm’s dogs. The evening was followed up by a celebration at Manchester’s… bar for drinks and food to celebrate Q2’s success!  

Another successful End of Quarter event

This was another successful End of Quarter with lots of positive comments from lots of people across the business saying how much they enjoyed having an activity to take part in with friends outside of the work environment.  

Compass End of Quarters is a great way for us to gather all teams from all Compass brands to interact with each other outside of the work environment.
