Beth is a Senior Consultant for the Manchester Office at Compass Associates, having joined the business in February 2024.  After completing her degree in Politics, she started her recruitment career within the legal sector and boasts over 4 years’ experience. Beth is now a specialist Consultant with our elderly home care & retirement living division across the North and Midlands in England and Scotland, with typical assignments ranging from Care / Registered Managers through to senior Operations Manager / Directors, as well as vacancies that are geared towards quality & compliance.
