Franklin joined Compass Associates in November 2021 within our Specialist Care sector overseeing the Midlands and Southern regions, focusing on Mental Health, Addictions, Eating Disorders, Learning Disability and Complex Care including Neurological Care Settings.

Franklin focuses on Middle to Senior Management vacancies such as Operations Director, Regional Director, Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services, Quality Manager, Business Development Managers and Head of Nursing positions. He specialises in capturing detailed assignment briefs and in return providing an honest consultative service and knowledgeable overview of the Specialist Care market.

Franklin’s process is thorough yet fast paced and suits his mid-to-senior management and clinical market. Franklin holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance degree from Swansea University.
