Luke's Bio

Luke joined Compass Associates in 2022 within the Specialist Care division covering the Southern regions. He focuses on Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Care settings including within hospitals, community enterprises and specialist education schools and has quickly developed into one of our leading clinical recruiters.

His typical assignments focus on clinical management positions, targeting roles including Mental Health Leads, Clinical Governance Managers, Hospital Directors, Heads of Nursing, targeting roles including Hospital Directors, Heads of Nursing, Quality Managers, and Ward Managers. He possesses expertise in servicing both Private Equity backed and Charitable providers. Luke also specialises in more niche roles across Neuro / ABI, Eating Disorders, CAMHS, Addictions services.

Throughout the past year, Luke has overseen a number of large-scale clinical assignments within his sector, providing invaluable support in the high-volume placement of clinical candidates for his clients.

Luke dedicates himself to comprehensively understanding the needs of both candidates and clients, obtaining detailed position briefs. In return, he offers a trustworthy and consultative approach to his work. Luke holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth.
