Congratulations to Natasha Isaac who has been awarded Employee of the Quarter!

Natasha has received this award due to her outstanding work ethic during the first quarter of the 2022/23 financial year. She is one of Compass Associates’ Senior Consultants within the General Healthcare Division and has made a significant contribution having built her desk up from scratch over the past year.

The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and make a decision on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given to.

Natasha Isaac joined Compass Associates in 2021 as a Senior Consultant. She is responsible for the clinical recruitment desk, with particular emphasis on acute, specialist clinics and communities in the South of England.

Natasha has over 8 years of recruitment experience, having worked across the private and public healthcare sectors in addition to consumer health.

Natasha has an excellent track record of partnering with larger organisations and supporting them on volume clinical projects across the UK. She previously recruited across a variety of roles from Registered General Nurse’s and Theatre Practitioners to Physiotherapists, you can be sure that Natasha can assist you with all of your clinical recruitment needs.
