Compass Associates recently attended one of the Three Friday Nights at Goodwood Race Course for a wonderful evening of races, music and food and having the opportunity to don some of our best frocks. 

At the end of each quarter, along with all CRS brands, Compass Associates likes to reward employees for all of their hard work and successes by treating everyone to an evening or day out. Our summer End of Quarter, to mark the end of Q1, saw us attend Goodwood once again.

A Friday night at the Goodwood Races

This was a slightly different event in comparison to the Goodwood event we attended last year. As an alternative to Glorious Goodwood that we we attended last year, we decided that we would have a slight change and attend one of the Three Friday Nights events instead.

We had the pleasure of attending the third and final of the Three Friday Nights. This entailed us having our own private box to watch five races and then with legendary DJ Carl Cox providing entertainment to end the night!

With it being one of the hottest days of the year, we had glorious weather for it! Temperatures reached almost 30C along with bright sunshine. Perhaps a little hotter than most of us are used to but it made for a wonderfully warm evening and a gorgeous sunset to enjoy the evening entertainment. Plenty of the team decided to take their chance with winning some money on the races and exploring what else Goodwood had to offer.

Compass End of Quarters are a great way for us to gather all teams together from all Compass brands to interact with each other outside of the work environment. Both of our Manchester and London offices also came to join the Portsmouth office for this evening of fun to celebrate all of Q1’s success!
