Congratulations to Josh Cooper for being awarded Employee of the Quarter! 

Josh has received this award due to his outstanding work ethic during the first quarter of the 2023/24 financial year. He is one of Compass Associates’ Senior Consultants, operating within the Portsmouth office’s Healthcare division.

Having joined Compass just over 18 months ago, Josh has managed to successfully establish a new desk within the GP market. In that time, he has also completed his REC qualification and has been promoted to Senior Consultant. 

The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and make a decision on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given to. 

Why Josh was awarded Employee of the Quarter for Q1 2023/24

“Q1 was an outstanding quarter for Josh due to the amount he’s billed and targeted. He currently stands at 96% of his annual target and Q2 has only just begun. He has a significant ongoing pipeline and his current trajectory will put him over target for the year…. no pressure!

All this is combined with working a relatively new desk within the business. Josh has carved out a niche for himself working in the doctors market and has spoken to more GPs and Clinical Directors than ever before. 

Josh’s hard work and persistence over the last 6 months has paid off! He has an opportunity to break records this year and it’s easy to forget this is still his first full targeted year in recruitment. Well done, Josh!”
