Congratulations to Lynette Robb who has been awarded Employee of the Quarter!

Lynette has received this award due to her outstanding work ethic during the final quarter of the 2022/23 financial year. She is one of Compass Associates’ Managing Consultants within the Specialist Care Division and has made a significant contribution to providing support and management within the Manchester Specialist Care team.

The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and make a decision on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given to.

Why Lynette was awarded Employee of the Quarter for Q4 2022/23

About Lynette

Lynette joined Compass Associates in February 2018 after graduating with a 2:1 in Medical Sciences from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Plymouth. She currently heads up the AHP & Psychiatry team in the North and Midlands, and has a particular focus on learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs settings in the independent healthcare sector.

During her time at Compass, she has amassed outstanding feedback from candidates, with clients frequently returning to use her services on an exclusive basis owing to the quality of her work.
