Karis Igoe promotion to Managing Consultant

Karis has amassed over four years of recruitment experience and works within the Compass Associates’ Elderly Care division. Due to experience within the elderly care markets, Karis will be supporting the senior management team with guiding more junior consultants in her new role as Managing Consultant.

Since joining Compass Associates, Christian has established himself as a highly accomplished recruiter making a high number of placements across his dedicated territories. He has also proven himself as an incredible asset with providing support and guidance to more junior consultants within the Elderly Care division and has therefore received this promotion due to the recognition of this.

Connor is a valued member of the Manchester Healthcare team where he enjoys building relationships and is upbeat, energetic and consultative – being a perfect match for the fast-paced surgical market. Since joining Compass, Connor has ensured he understands the healthcare markets which has seen him receive much praise from both clients and candidates. In recognition of his success, Connor has been promoted to Senior Consultant.

Since joining Specialist Care division’s Portsmouth team, Franklin has specialised in capturing detailed assignment briefs and in return providing an honest consultative service and knowledgeable overview of the Specialist Care market. He has also proven himself as a valuable asset with providing support and guidance to more junior consultants within the Specialist Care division and has therefore received this promotion due to the recognition of this.

As a valued member of the Healthcare division’s Portsmouth team, Jamie has honed in on understanding the theatre and pharmacy healthcare markets. More recently, Jamie has been using his success to support more junior consultants and has therefore received this promotion due to the recognition of this.
