We’re delighted to share the news that a number of promotions took place during Q1 of the 2022/23 financial year at Compass Associates. 

Stuart Cousins promotion to Director

From Consultant to Director, Stuart is one of the longest-serving team members within Compass Associates. Having joined the business in 2011, Stuart has worked across the Compass Associates Divisions, alongside receiving internal promotions throughout his time at Compass for his hard work and ethics towards the business. In his new role as Director, Stuart will be overseeing the Specialist Care Division, alongside the General Healthcare Division as well.

Lily Bulbeck promotion to Principal Consultant

With three consecutive years of recruitment under her belt at Compass, Lily has proven herself a valuable asset within the Elderly Care Division due to her consistently high performance. She received this promotion owing to her outstanding level of service and excellent testimonials from both candidates and clients alike. Lily also received the Employee of the Quarter Award during Q4 of the last financial year for her outstanding work contribution.

Carl Dutton promotion to Director

Another longstanding member of the Compass Associates team, Carl joined the business in 2011 within the Elderly Care Division. Throughout his time at Compass, Carl has been responsible for growing the Division through continual support, guidance, and expertise imparted to additional team hires along the way. Due to his incredible work ethic, Carl has received internal promotions to reflect this. In his new role, Carl will become Director of the Elderly Care Division.

Lynette Robb promotion to Principal Consultant

Lynette joined the Compass Associates Manchester office in 2018 and now has over four years of experience within Compass under her belt. Within that time, Lynette has been a key team player within the Specialist Care Division due to her consistent hard work and contribution within the business. Her work ethic has not gone unnoticed which is why Lynette recently received her latest promotion.

Adam Brenton promotion to Director

After joining the business in 2016, Adam has been responsible for overseeing and growing the Compass Associates northern offering. Adam has also recently taken on overseeing CCS – CRS’ corporate partner brand offering. He is a valuable asset to both Compass Associates and CCS, and will become Director of both CCS and the Compass Associates Northern Division.

Tom Berrisford promotion to Associate Director

Having joined Compass Associates Elderly Care Division in 2015, Tom has seen continuous success in his contribution to the Elderly Care Division results. Joining Compass as a Senior Consultant, Tom has worked his way through the ranks to now being promoted to Associate Director. This latest promotion is a result of his outstanding contribution, especially with his continued support to Adam and the Northern Division.

Laura Bloomfield promotion to Principal Consultant

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Laura’s background in the healthcare recruitment sector goes back to 2014, and she has had a highly successful track record in this time. She consistently receives feedback from clients and candidates praising her for her fantastic level of service and professionalism towards them. Due to her contribution within the business, Laura received her most recent promotion of Principal Consultant.

Jamie Barker promotion to Divisional Manager

A key team member of the Manchester office, Jamie joined Compass in 2019. The past three years has seen Jamie go from strength to strength by working his way up the management career path. In his time at Compass, Jamie has been key with providing support to Adam and Tom and mentoring newer members of the Manchester team. As a result of this, Jamie has recently been promoted to Divisional Manager which sees him manage his own team.

Rachel Kraan promotion to Principal Consultant

Rachel is a longstanding member of the Compass Associates Elderly Care division. Having joined in 2012, Rachel has ten years of experience working in the Elderly sector specialising in Home and Senior Management appointments across London, East Anglia and Home Counties. Rachel received her latest promotion due to her impressive work load performance throughout the past financial year.
