Congratulations to Katie Jones who has been awarded Employee of the Quarter!

Katie has received this award due to her outstanding work ethic during the third quarter of the 2021/22 financial year. She is one of Compass Associates’ Divisional Managers within the General Healthcare Division.

The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and make a decision on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given to.

Why Katie Jones was awarded Employee of the Quarter for Q3 2021/22

 “It was a difficult decision to choose one person for this award as there has been a number of standout performances this quarter. However, the General Health Division has seen great success in recent months and Q3 was the 4th successive quarter over 100% of target.

Much of this success can be attributed to the help Associate Director Stuart Cousins has received from Katie Jones this year. Katie is not only on for her best billing year at Compass but has also been a great support for Stuart over the last 18 months or so. She has been his go to for all data and analytics and has presented at EOQs and EOY for the division.

She drives quality for the team and identifies new areas of growth all the while training and mentoring 3 consultants in the process. To take all this on as a Managing Consultant made her a shoo-in for being promoted in January to Divisional Manager.

Katie Jones recruits Client Management vacancies in Hampshire, West London and the Home Counties having joined Compass Associates in 2017. She graduated with a 2:1 in Complementary Healthcare (with practitioner status) and her strength has been her technical understanding of hard to fill assignments.
