I’m a consultant within the Specialist Care division and have worked at Compass Associates for nearly two years.

What markets do you cover?

I recruit within the Adult Social Care and Learning Disabilities sector and focus on senior to middle management.

Advice for job seekers

My advice would be to show how your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate challenges. Residential care management often requires flexibility in responding to the diverse needs of residents and the evolving healthcare landscape.

Current changes you foresee within the sector?

There is growing preference for home and community-based care across the healthcare settings, reflecting the desire for more independent living arrangements.
