What is your role and how long have you worked at Compass?

My current role is the Director of the Elderly Care division, and I joined the business 11 years ago in September 2012.

What markets do you cover?

The division works collaboratively with Care providers who provide support to the over 65s. We assist them in their search for top talent within middle management, from Deputy / Home Manager up to Regional Operations Directors.

Current changes you foresee within the sector?

We are inundated with new care homes being built across the country and employers are consistently after talented individuals to manage these homes and their existing portfolios. Meaning there is increasing competition to secure senior management in an already understaffed market.

A bit about you outside of work

I like to explore new places, enjoy holidays outside the UK and play a bit of Golf.
