What is your role and how long have you worked at Compass Associates?

I’m one of the Managing Consultants in our Manchester office and have been working with Compass Associates for 2 years.

What markets do you cover?

I work within our Healthcare division in our Manchester office. I support candidates working within clinical management to find their next position. I focus specifically on middle-to-senior management assignments with typical assignments from Theatre Managers to Hospital Directors.

Advice for job seekers

My advice for job seekers is to have a good idea of where you want your career to go – we can help you with the steps to achieve it.

Current changes you foresee within the sector?

With the NHS looking to utilise the Private Sector in order to support reducing wait times, more and more staff are going to be required. This means lots of opportunities for progression and growth!

Career highlight within Compass Associates

I’ve had a few career highlights in my time at Compass Associates, but two of which come to mind are achieving my promotion to Managing Consultant and Employee of the Quarter in our Manchester Office.

A bit about you outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit in the gym and running. Apart from this, I love to travel and explore as much as possible.
