What is your role and how long have you worked at Compass?

I am a Senior Principal Consultant within the Healthcare division and have worked at Compass Associates for over seven years. In my role at Compass, I head up and manage the Nurseries team.

What markets do you cover?

I cover all senior positions from Nursery Managers up to CEO appointments.

Advice for job seekers

I’d probably say in such a demanding sector it’s always best to be open, transparent and honest to whoever you’re dealing with. The sector is so close-knit and tight that you just never know who you will come across again and reputation is so important.

Current changes you foresee within the sector?

There seems to be a big shift around the senior operations staff within nurseries where a lot of operators are coming in from out of sector i.e. pharmacy, opticians, dental.

Building up the nursery desk from scratch and networking with the industry to maintain and build clientele and making it my own team.

A bit about you outside of work

Outside of work, I’m really into motorsports specifically drifting where I own my own track car and take to different drift events around the year.
