Consultant Q&A with Natasha Isaac
Our Consultant Spotlight Q&A Series highlights our consultants across each of the three divisions within the Compass Associates brand. The latest article in this series introduces Natasha Isaac from the Healthcare division.
What is your role and how long have you worked at Compass?
I am a Principal Consultant and have worked for Compass for just over two years.
What markets do you cover?
I specialise in recruiting Physiotherapist for private hospitals, boutique clinics and fitness centres. I cover all levels from Newly Qualified up to Advanced Practitioner within the South of England.
Advice for job seekers
There are plenty more jobs than candidates out there at the moment, therefore I would advise to keep your options open and don’t take the first offer you receive. Also, if counter-offered by your employer when handing in your notice, question whether you want to continue working for a company who only see your value when you express a desire to leave.
Current changes you foresee within the sector?
I am finding more and more candidates are looking to move into locum or temporary roles in order to maintain a healthier work/life balance. In order to ensure permanent positions are filled, it’s essential that employers guarantee their benefits are attractive, salaries kept competitive and flexible working hours can be offered.
What are your Compass career highlights?
It was an honour to win the internal Employee of the Quarter Award in my second full quarter with the company. Then to be awarded the internal Entrepreneurial Spirit Core Value for my efforts in entering a new market has been the icing on the cake!
A bit about you outside of work
To unwind, I enjoy running and long country walks with my Jack Russel Terrier, Ronnie. I am also a real foodie and love trying new foods, whether that be creating dishes at home or eating out at my favourite restaurants.
