Congratulations to Rory Birch for being awarded Employee of the Quarter! 

Rory has received this award due to his outstanding work ethic during the third quarter of the 2023/24 financial year. He is one of Compass Associates’ Senior Consultants, operating within the Manchester Specialist Care division.  

With a background in education, Rory is responsible for the children’s specialist services market nationwide. He also places talented managers within the adult residential, supported living and domiciliary care markets within the northern regions.  

Since joining in mid-2021, Rory had an immediate impact with both outstanding client and candidate feedback, with many commenting on his first-class service. 

The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and decide on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given to. 

Why Rory was awarded Employee of the Quarter for Q3 2023/24

“Right before Q3, it would be fair to say Rory was unhappy with his year to date, however following a fantastic business plan, combined with an excellent attitude throughout the quarter he turned his year around.
