Benedict has worked in the permanent Healthcare Division at Compass for over 6 years, and has played a key part in the growth and development of the division.

He provides a detailed and consultative approach to recruitment, his extensive experience includes over 150 successful placements, giving him the knowledge and expertise to advise on successfully appointing into hard-to-fill positions and recruitment projects in Greater London and Southern England.

Typical Assignments include:

  • Theatres: Anaesthetic, Recovery and Scrub and Endoscopy Practitioners (ODP or RGN) for all surgical specialities.
  • Nursing: NMC registered professionals in private acute Surgical Hospitals, Ophthalmology,  Cosmetics, Fertility and Oncology
  • Clinical Projects: Mandates for multiple clinical vacancies in line with growth plans and openings of new hospitals or clinics.
