Compass Associates have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced and INNOVATIVE Director of Activities / Lifestyle Director for this fantastic Senior Living community based locally to North Palm Beach, Florida.My client is a medium sized senior care provider,with an excellent reputation spanning multiple States.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a senior care environment and have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Lifestyle Director / Activities Director with an evidenced and innovative track record of success.
Key Responsibilities;
The Lifestyle Director is responsible for the life enrichment of the communities residents and the planning, directing, and implementation of appropriate resident activity programs.
Requirements;
Previous experience of working within a memory care environment
Experience of planning and implementing innovative activities to enrich the lives of residents
Thorough understanding of the principles of best activities practice
Enthusiasm, patience and a cheerful disposition
Location
The facility is based locally to to North Palm Beach and is commutable from West Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Jupiter, Lake Worth, Lantana and surrounding areas. Recommendation
