This well-established healthcare provider is looking for a confident and knowledgeable Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support their healthcare service based in London. They are passionate about promoting health equality within the communities that they work with in whilst continually investing in the health and wellbeing within them. As a successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner for this role, you should be able to confidently and autonomously manage care throughout the patients’ journey. You will be the first point of contact for patients within the practices and assess, diagnose and treat patients within daily service, routine appointments and telephone triage. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of treatments and interventions of care to both adults and children visiting the surgeries whilst being able to directly admit and refer patients accordingly You will be working collaboratively with a plethora of professionals to provide the best outcomes for the patients by facilitating safe and effective planning, prescribing and decision-making. The successful candidate will also have a real passion for quality patient care and a desire to make a difference to those they care for.

Requirements

  • Registered with relevant NMC/GPhC/HCPC
  • MSc in Advanced Nursing or equivalent
  • Certified Independent Prescriber
  • Previous experience working within a Primary or Emergency Care setting.

This healthcare provider is located in London, commutable from Wembley, Ilford, Streatham, Wimbledon, Chelsea, Ealing, Stratford, Battersea and Peckham.
