Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care Setting
Full Time / Permanent 40 Hours Per Week
£55,000 – £60,000 DOE

This large, progressive, family-owned healthcare group are searching for a confident and highly motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their highly skilled team within an urgent care centre based in Bracknell. This family-found company have been delivering exceptional patient care for over 15 years and are dedicated to their strategy and vision to deliver healthcare differently, whilst making a difference to the communities that they serve.
As a successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner for this role, you will be managing acute presentations within the urgent care centre and work as part of a team giving you the opportunity to utilise and enrich your clinical knowledge. You should be able to confidently assess, diagnose and plan care for these patients whilst also initiating an appropriate care plan for both adults and children. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team within the centre to collaboratively provide the best outcomes for patients by facilitating safe and effective planning, prescribing and decision-making. As a successful candidate, you should have also completed your Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the NMC
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
- V300 Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification
- Ability to triage is desirable.
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This urgent care setting is located in Bracknell, commutable from Reading, Slough, Camberley, Woking, Guildford, Farnham, Aldershot, Windsor, Farnborough, Basingstoke and High Wycombe.
