Business Development Manager – Children’s Residential Service
6 month FTC
Location: Remote / Home-based with occasional travel to services as and when required
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Plus £3,600 car allowance and mileage paid
Compass Associates are working in partnership with a leading children’s care provider in their search of a Business Development Manager to join them on a 6 month FTC. There is potential for this contract to become permanent as the business does have huge plans for future growth and expansion.
You will report directly into the Head of Business Development, working closely with another Business Development Manager supporting to deliver on the companies 5 year growth strategy.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders, increasing referrals into the homes and services.
This is a remote role where you will predominately work from home with the expectation of travel for both meetings and to visit services.
Requirements
- Strong commercial background in social care – ideally children’s residential services
- Demonstrable experience working in partnership with operations to deliver or exceed occupancy targets
- Previous experience and proven track record of growing sales, margins and market share
- Full UK drivers license and willingness to travel UK wide for meetings and to visit services
