Rate:£13.00ph (Enhanced rate for Weekend)

Location: Garforth, Leeds Area

Qualification: Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent

Hours: 08:00am to 08:00pm (Shifts)

Contracted Hours: 36hrs or 44hrs per week

Remit

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Supervisor to work in their well performing Residential home based in the Garthorth, Leeds area. This home provides care for Respite, Residential Care. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a residential home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team along side be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team of carers.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience of working in health and social care, with a minimum of one years’ experience in a care home.
• Ideally experience of working at a senior level in a care home.
• Experience of using MS Word and Outlook (Essential).
• Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, (Essential).
• Working towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent

Interview Process

There is a 2 stage interview process –

Stage 1 – Informal chat with Home Manager

Stage 2 – Formal interview with Senior Management Team

This role is based in the Garthorth, Leeds area and is easily commutable from Rothwell, Castleford, Knottingley, Wakefield, Tingley, Dewsbury, Harehills, Whinmoor, Headingley Farsley and Bradford.
