- Experienced as a Team Leader/Supervisor
- Working towards or already hold NVQ Level 3
- Passionate about standards and customer satisfaction
- Fully computer literate with administration and staff management skills
- Knowledge of CQC Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
- Dynamic, ambitious and hard working
- Able to manage, motivate and direct people in a fast-paced environment
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Full driving licence and your own care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and great attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team leader / Supervisor
In return you will receive a salary of £26,000+ bonus and benefits.
