Compass Associates are proud to be working closely with one of the UK’s largest national providers of Specialist Education and Behavioural Health services for Children and Young People with varying Complex needs.
Together, we are looking for an experienced Children’s Registered Manager to oversee an Intake and Assessment Centre based in Shrewsbury for Children with CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation).
As the Registered Manager, you would be overseeing the running of the Centre and supporting the children in their 28-day placement to ensure their specific needs are identified, the correct care plan is in place for them and that they are then placed into a service that supports their every need.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is £50’000 to £60’000 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits include:
- 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays.

Essential Criteria
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care in Children’s and Young Peoples Services.
- 3-5 years within an Ofsted regulated home.
- Knowledge of the Ofsted regulations and standards they set.
- Experience running a large service
- Someone with a passion for Children’s Care.
- Clear DBS
Location
This role is based Shrewsbury, Shropshire and is commutable from Oswestry, Telford, Wolverhampton, Whitchurch, Shawbury, Bridgnorth, and Market Drayton.
