Salary: £58,870

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Gloucestershire + Remote

Overview:

Compass Associates is proud to be partnering with a leading national provider of Employee Assistance Programs, offering extensive mental health support services across various sectors. This organisation helps employers create a balanced, healthy work environment through innovative and comprehensive solutions.

As the Clinical Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering counselling and specialist services to a broad client base. You will be a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Operations Director and clinical teams to ensure the highest standards of care. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing and evolving the services provided to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical operations of the organisation, ensuring best practices in service delivery.
  • Provide leadership to clinical teams, ensuring they deliver effective, evidence-based psychological interventions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine services, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Manage clinical complaints and ensure high standards of quality and ethical care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified and accredited Psychotherapist, CBT Therapist, or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (BABCP/HCPC)
  • Postgraduate qualification in CBT or Doctorate in Psychology with HCPC registration
  • Clinical supervision qualification, leadership experience, and experience in managing workplace counselling teams.
  • Background in Employee Assistance Programs, occupational health, or HR (preferred)

Interview Process:

The selection process will include a two-stage interview, starting with an initial Teams meeting with the Hiring Manager, followed by an in-person interview with a panel.
