Position – Clinical Lead| Elderly Nursing Home:
Salary – £55,000
Location– South West London
Full Time / Permanent – 40 hours a week (8 to 12 hour shifts)
Mixture of hands on & supernumuery, upon starting, it’ll be primarily hands on.

Overview
We are currently working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider to appoint an experienced senior nurse in a large sized nursing home based in South West London.The open door policy fosters a welcoming environment for residents and their families, allowing for meaningful interactions in various spaces throughout the home. This approach not only enhances the quality of life for residents by promoting social connections but also strengthens familial bonds, as loved ones can easily engage in shared activities and support one another in a comfortable setting.They have several nursing units attached and is registered to provide dementia, older person & respite care. The Ideal candidate would have elderly care experience within a nursing home & have minimum 2 years as a senior nurse.
Requirements:
- Qualified RGN
- NMC registration
- 5 years as a registered nurse & 2 years’ experience working in a nursing home in a senior nurse position(preferred)
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team

This home is based in South West London and can be commutable from Wembley, Harrow,Edgware, Stanmore and West Kilburn.
