Job Title: EAP Clinical Lead
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

Overview:
Compass Associates is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an EAP Clinical Lead to join a premier provider of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services. In this hybrid role, you will merge your leadership capabilities with clinical expertise to uphold the highest standards of care across multiple contracts.
This position offers a unique chance to work closely with senior management while overseeing a dedicated team of counsellors, ensuring clients receive outstanding, professional support. You will engage directly in client counselling, mentor both remote and on-site counsellors, and maintain robust clinical governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all services meet high standards across various EAP contracts.
- Provide guidance and support to both employed and self-employed remote Telephone Counsellors.
- Engage directly in client work, including counselling, support, and customer service.
- Lead the recruitment and training process for new counsellors.
- Offer clinical supervision and manage complex cases.
- Audit case notes, monitor clinical outcomes, and provide on-call support as part of the senior management team.
Essential Requirements:
- Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Counselling or Psychotherapy.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in counselling (experience in EAP or NHS IAPT preferred).
- Full BACP Accreditation.
