Overview
We are currently working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider to appoint a Clinical Lead in a medium sized home based in Clevedon.This Victorian-style nursing home combines charm and warmth, featuring tastefully and comfortably furnished communal areas that promote a homely atmosphere. The home fosters a sense of belonging and individuality, making the transition smoother and allowing each resident to create a space that truly reflects their personality and history.They have several nursing units attached and is registered to provide general nursing, dementia, and respite care. The Ideal candidate would have elderly care experience within a nursing home.
Requirements:
- Qualified RGN
- NMC registration
- 5 years’ experience working in a nursing home
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
