Overview:
Compass Associates are partnering with a large health and social care provider, looking to appoint a Clinical Lead, within a large sized elderly nursing home, located in Solihull.
To be successful within this role, you will have experience working at a senior nurse level or similar within the elderly care sector, with a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. A Valid Nursing Pin is essential for this role.
Typically, residents live with age related conditions, life-limiting health conditions and physical disabilities that require dignified support from our care team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of resident’s individual abilities.
Requirements:
- A valid NMC registration with no limitations to practice
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a registered nurse within an elderly care setting.
- A patient, understanding and respectful nature.
- Experience working in the elderly care sector within a clinical role.
- Positive energy, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

This home is based in Solihull, and can be commutable from Edgbaston, Coleshill, Meriden and Knowle.
