Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be assisting a respected and established behavioral health provider in search for an Clinical Manager in Ohio.

This facility is designed for adults within a residential facility.

The facility offers a 24/7 nursing supervision and medical monitoring, along with therapists, physicians and other professional staff. Clients will have individual, group and family therapy, integrative interventions as well as counseling.

Building relationships with the client group is important, the organization likes to make sure that family involvement is equal to this to ensure successful recovery for those within their care. Family therapy and caregiver education is provided to ensure they have the resources to provide support and understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, support and coach your team, ensuring excellent quality of care is being delivered.
  • Ensure that your team are up to date with their training.
  • You will be directly managing a team of 7.
  • Establishing professional relationships as well as resolving issues as and when they arise.
  • Supporting your team as well as providing behavioral support, crisis prevention and management.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director on a daily basis.

Criteria

  • You must be licensed as either a LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in the state of Ohio.
  • It is essential that you have leadership / management experience
  • Experience in working within a either an inpatient or residential behavioral health facility
  • You must be able to provide exceptional communication skills

Compensation Package

Salary is between $90,000-$100,000.

Interview Process

1st Stage Interview – Informal Teams conversation with the Director of Talent for circa 45 minutes.

2nd Stage Interview – Formal interview via Teams with the Executive Director
