Overview:
At Compass Associates, we’re excited to a collaborate with the one of the UK’s most Non-Invasive Ventilation and Tracheostomy care for adults with long-term neurological conditions. Together were currently headhunting for a dynamic Clinical Services Manager to join one of their specialist care centres in Purley, South London. This centre offers clinical residential care for 45 patients with neurological and respiratory conditions.
As the Director of Clinical Services, you will collaborate with the Centre Director to oversee both the clinical and operational leadership of the service. This role includes providing guidance to several Ward Managers who are responsible for delivering care to patients requiring either non-invasive tracheostomy or ventilator support.
This dynamic role entails the clinical responsibility for ensuring that the nursing team is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and motivation to provide and deliver the highest quality of care to service users.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to patient centred care and a strong people manager, perhaps looking to gain experience as the next step in their career and make a real difference to people’s lives.
Requirements
- Experience in a management role, including serving as a Ward Manager.
- Previous experience in A&E, ITU, HDU, CCU, Respiratory, or Complex Care settings.
- While RGN qualification is preferred, RMN or RNLD candidates may also be considered if they have experience in a similar setting.
- Experience with Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care
Location
Located in Purley, South London, this service offers excellent transportation connections throughout the area, including Croydon, Sutton, and Bromley, with convenient access to public transportation, including proximity to Reedham station.
Salary
- Annual salary of £57,500
- Monday – Friday shift pattern
- 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holiday
