The Client

Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a small Day Case Hospital, located in West London, who are currently in search for a Head of Clinical Services to join their team, looking after their Theatres, Wards and Outpatient services.

The Candidate

We are looking for a strong individual with the relevant Head of Department experience. The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of operational management, patient compliance, SOPs, policies and procedures, and managing serious incidents.

You will be working closely with the Outpatient Lead, Theatre Lead, Ward Manager and Imaging Lead in order to grow and develop the services, as well as ensure the smooth day to day running of the hospital.

This is a full-time position which will be worked onsite Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • RGN or ODP
  • Strong clinical background
  • Relevant Head of Department experience
  • Proven CPD
  • Understanding of operational management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experienced in patient compliance, SOPs and policies & procedures

Salary & Package
