Rate:£31,200 per annum

Location: Sandiacre, Nottingham

Qualification: NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work in their well performing Care home based in the Nottingham area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a care home environment,working as part of a multi disciplinary team.

The Candidate

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Career looking to take a step up in their career or a Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the Care home setting, strong Managerial skills and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements

– Qualified NVQ level 3 in health a social care (minimum)

– Previous Care Home experience

– Elderly/Dementia experience

-Genuine passion for elderly care

– Leadership experience within a senior.

Location

This role is based in the Sandiacre, Nottingham area and is easily commutable from Derby, Long Eaton, Beeston, Ilkeston, and surrounding areas.
