Deputy Manager– Adult Residential – Learning Disabilities
Location: Clifton, Nottinghamshire
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum dependant on experience

Remit
Compass Associates are working with an adult social care provider who have a number of residential and nursing homes throughout the UK. The company are passionate about providing exceptional care and support for people with intellectual disabilities creating a warm and inclusive environment where their service users can live a fulfilling and independent life.
They have recently acquired a residential service in Nottingham and are now seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join them working alongside the Registered CQC Manager. The service has 19 places in total and provides care for adults with learning disabilities complex needs and autism.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with the day to day management of the home, providing high quality care designed around service users abilities. You will be committed to the promotion of independence working with the care team to achieve this. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to take a step into a new position with a company who are on a journey of growth.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ or be working towards and be a car driver
- Previous experience leading a team
- Experience in either a supervisory or deputy position in an adult social care setting
- Experience in completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal and HR processes such as recruitment, absence management and rota generation are essential
