Overview
We are currently working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider to appoint a Registered nurse in a large sized home based in Watford. This home offers a modern and inviting environment for its residents, featuring comfortable sitting rooms, well-appointed en suite bedrooms, and a cozy conservatory. With amenities like a cinema, hobby room, and hair salon, residents have various engaging options for activities. Additionally, the landscaped garden provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy outdoor time during warmer weather.They have several nursing units attached and is registered to provide general nursing, dementia, and respite care. The Ideal candidate would have elderly care experience within a nursing home preferably within a senior position.
Requirements:
- Qualified RGN/RMN
- NMC registration
- 2 years minimum experience within a nursing home environment with senior nurse experience (preferred, no essensital)
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
