Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic residential home based near the Huddersfield area. This home provides care for dementia residents and also offers respite care. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a residential home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.

The Candidate

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy manager looking to join a fast growing care provider and join a well established team. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the residential home setting with a strong passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3

Previous Residential Home experience

Elderly/Dementia experience

Strong Clinical Skills

Genuine passion for elderly care

Leadership experience within a Deputy Manager capacity for at least two years

Interview Process

1 Stage interview process with the Regional manager and the Home manager

Location

This role is based in the Clayton West area and is easily commutable from Denby Dale, Scissett, Haigh, Emley, Skelmanthorpe, Upper Cumberworth, Kirkburton, Shepley, Darton.
