Summary:

Our client has a history of over 40 years which has enabled them to expand and grow to allow them to work with schools, hospitals and residential settings.

The organisation provide a specialist autism service for eight adults, conveniently located near local amenities and easily accessible via major bus routes, train stations, and motorways connecting to neighbouring towns.

The successful candidate will work in an office environment as well as directly support individuals on the floor. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the role will include covering evenings and occasional night shifts, as well as participating in a rotating on-call schedule.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a deputy managerial role within a healthcare environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards and compliance protocols.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and determine effective solutions.
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills, enabling efficient collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • A flexible approach and a strong "can-do" attitude, demonstrating resilience in dynamic settings.

Working Pattern:

Full Time 40 per week – With on call responsibilities
