Overview:
At Compass Associates, we’re excited to collaborate with one of the UK’s leading and most respected independent providers of mental health and wellbeing services, offering both private and NHS-commissioned beds. Together were headhunting for a dynamic Director of Clinical Services for a specialist secure service in Edmonton that caters to male patients with forensic backgrounds.
As the Director of Clinical Services, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the hospital’s strategy. You will focus on providing operational and clinical leadership in collaboration with the Hospital Director and the broader multidisciplinary team. You will be fully responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the service, including nursing and therapy. Additionally, you will ensure that all patients receive the highest standards of care in compliance with legislation, CQC key lines of inquiry, and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid NMC registration as a RMN or RNLD nurse. HCPC candidates will also be considered if they come from a management background.
- Ideally, have experience working in a forensic setting.
- Detailed understanding of statutory regulations is essential.
- Passionate about providing high quality care and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills essential.
- Hold a clear DBS
Location
Located near Edmonton in North London, this service provides excellent connectivity across the region, including easy access to Stratford, Enfield, and St Albans. However, it also provides excellent connectivity with the London Overground.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary of between £55,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
