Compass Associates are partnering with an award-winning provider of residential services and specialist education for children with autism, learning disabilities, and SEMH needs to find a Director of Education to oversee their expanding education provision.

THE ROLEAs Director of Education, you will be a statutory director of the company and take the lead on strategic school improvement and school development. You will report to the board of directors and take responsibility for translating the organisation’s vision into a clearly structured development plan, with timescales for improvement and a clear remit of accountability. Furthermore, you will nurture the excellent leadership across the company’s portfolio of schools and continue their trajectory of growth and increasing success, achieving high standards of strategic delivery and leadership across the group, alongside cost control and budgetary accountability.

INTERVIEW PROCESSThis will be a two-stage interview process: an informal conversation with the Managing Director, followed by a formal interview at the organisation’s headquarters.
