We are proud to be working with a GP Veterinary Surgery in Norfolk to add to their Senior Leadership Team.

The Clinic:

The practice itself is focused on delivering excellent standards of care for all patients and are proud to have won a variety of awards and accreditations including being a silver friendly rabbit and cat clinic!We offer a plethora of services ranging from your usual routine consults and surgeries, through to physiotherapy, Tonopen and are now offering home visits for certain cases.We also have inhalation anaesthesia and see a few different exotic animals!​​​​​​Our team currently consists of 2 Vets, 5 Nurses and a handful of support staff but we are looking for extra growth as we continue to develop the practice.

The Job:

As the Clinical Director, the management of the clinic will be in your hands. The current owners are hoping to have the site become more autonomous as they focus their time elsewhere in the future.

You will be responsible for the clinical case load of first opinion work; referring out where needed but performing surgeries and consultations in house. You will also work closely with the current management team to maintain and grow revenue as well as develop your own staff’s continued professional development.

The Candidate:

All applicants must be a RCVS accredited Veterinary Surgeon with some leadership experience they are looking to expand on.

We are looking for a personality fit above all; you should have a tough but avuncular approach to management and be ready to support RVNs and Surgeons alike on their journey as a veterinary professional.
