Compass Associates are proud to be exclusively working with a Brand New Private Hospital, located in Birmingham, who are currently in search for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join their team. The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of the highly specialised and welcoming Endoscopy Team, supported by the Endoscopy Lead, to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. You will take responsibility for admissions, pre-assessment, assisting in procedures, recovery and discharge, providing support to the Endoscopy Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in the department. As this is a brand new hospital, there is a huge amount of opportunity that comes with this role as the hospital grows and develops, so is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career.
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will initially be worked between Monday to Friday, with shifts falling between the hours of 07:00-19:00. Once the business increases, there will be the possibility for them to open on Saturdays, which will be paid at an enhanced rate.
Requirements
– RGN or ODP Qualification
– NMC or HCPC Registration
– Minimum 1 years post-registration experience within Endoscopy
– Passion for care excellence and patient pathways
– Thirst for new and innovative concepts
– Previous experience with JAG accreditation will be advantageous
– Previous experience working within the Private Sector will be advantageous
