Front of House Manager | Medical Clinic£35,000 plus Commission & Additional Company Benefits Central London Full-Time, Permanent Immediate Start Available The Client Compass Associates are proud to working with a leading Aesthetic Clinic, located in Central London, who are currently in search for an experienced Senior Clinic Coordinator / Front of House Lead to join their team. Our client offers a variety of specialist non-surgical cosmetic procedures and advanced beauty treatments, tailoring treatment plans to achieve the desired results. The Role The successful candidate will work on Front of House, and responsibilities will include meeting and greeting patients, delivering excellent customer service, assisting the Doctors with the coordination of clinics and clients, preparing treatment plans, taking charge of patient notes, booking appointments and diary management. You will lead the team of Clinic Coordinators, and will be responsible for handling complaints, staff training, assist with staff rotas, invoicing and to ensure the smooth running the clinic day to day. You will be working closely with the Clinic Manager in order to drive the business and increase sales, putting a key focus on client satisfaction and client retention.

This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, which includes a 30 minute paid lunch break.Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Clinic Coordinator, Receptionist, Front of House (or similar role)
  • Previous experience working within the aesthetic industry
  • Experienced at a senior capacity e.g. Senior Clinic Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, Lead Front or House, Assistant Manager etc.
  • Sales focused and experienced working with KPIs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Passion for the aesthetic industry
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Polite and professional
  • Positive outlook with a can-do attitude
  • Natural leader

Salary & Package In return, there is a generous salary on offer up to £35,000 per annum, as well their commission scheme which includes personal performance, company performance and sales.
