Location: Hybrid with Travel to H/O in West Midlands
Salary: £90,000 per annum + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and inspiring the legal department with strategic direction and unparalleled expertise.
Navigating complex corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Providing strategic legal advice
Ensuring impeccable legal compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Offering toptier legal advice to senior management and key stakeholders.
Managing relationships with external legal advisors and regulators.
Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity.
What You Need to Bring:
LLB and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
A minimum of 8 years of stellar experience in a corporate legal environment, with proven leadership prowess.
Strong experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Experience of public sector procurement and negotiation
Experience of property/construction law essential.
Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
A track record of leading and developing highperforming legal teams.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Bonus points for experience in healthcare or public procurement!
