Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and can effectively supervise individuals and a team. The role will suit someone who is caring, friendly, empathetic and has a good understanding of the needs of our residents.
Above all else, you’ll promote resident independence, choice, dignity and respect by upholding the highest standards of care and continuously striving for improvement. Due to the nature of the role, they are looking for a Manager that has experience of running an elderly home, whilst being able to demonstrate your ability to influence positive change.

Requirements
- NVQ 5(or higher) in care or other relevant qualification
- Knowledge of the care sector elderly residential
- Knowledge of regulatory framework relating to care homes
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills both written & verbal
- Provide cover & attend emergencies outside of normal working hours

This home is located in Spalding and is commutable from areas such as Holbeach, Surfleet, Boston, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Morton, Market Deeping, Sutton Bridge, and Kings Lynn.
Summary
We are looking for a Home Manager to run this Residential home, based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. In exchange, my client is offering a salary circa £70,000 dependent on experience, plus additional benefits that will be discussed at interview stage.
