This leading Private Hospital Provider are searching for an experienced and passionate Occupational Health Advisor to join their driven Occupational Health Team based around Chelmsford. This healthcare provider pride themselves on being one of the leading providers in independent hospital services, offering both private and NHS services. They have a network of hospitals throughout the UK that have cover a variety of clinical specialities including, Oncology, Orthopaedic, General Surgery, Outpatient and Diagnostic services.

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be working remotely with a small team which will give you the opportunity to autonomously make a positive impact on the lives of those working within the Hospital. You will be managing your own diary and undertake a range of duties, including case management, health surveillance, developing and reviewing Occupational Health policies and completing audits. Whilst the position is predominately home-based, there will be some intermittent requirements to travel to sites for pre-placement screening and to attend meetings within their central offices.

Requirements

  • BSc in Nursing with valid NMC registration
  • Registered on Part 3 of the NMC as Specialist Community Public Health Nurse
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in IT
  • Confident interacting with all levels of individuals within the business

Location

Whilst this position is predominantly remote, there will be some intermittent requirements to travel to some of the sites. These are commutable from, Leighton Buzzard, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, Epping and Watford.
