Overview:
Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating with a well-established provider of mental health, learning disabilities and neurorehabilitation services, to recruit a full time permanent Lead Forensic Social Worker.
The Hospital offers personalised assessment and treatment programmes for service used with mental illness/complex care needs as well as those with personality disorder within our Medium & Low Secure services.
Location:
This is commutable between Newbury, Donnington, Thatcham, Headley, Basingstoke and Reading.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide effective leadership to social work team
- Manages and directs the Forensic Social Work Team and all social care aspects pertaining to patient care
- Ensures compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation, meets quality standards, and delivers against KPI performance indicators.
Candidate Criteria:
- Proven Leadership skills
- A recognised qualification in Social Work
- Experience working within inpatient forensic settings
- AMHP registration
