As they continue to expand their services, they are looking for a strategic leader to oversee operations in Reading and surrounding area, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, the Operations Director will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of multiple private healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance the patient experience, streamline processes, and uphold the highest standards of care. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UK healthcare market, capable of driving both growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple private primary care sites in Reading, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and enhance service offerings.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK healthcare regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, using data-driven insights to optimise processes and improve patient outcomes.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation, ensuring the financial sustainability of the operations.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure a seamless patient journey, from initial consultation through to follow-up care.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and service improvement, driving initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between executive leadership, clinical staff, and administrative teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Represent the organisation in external meetings and with stakeholders, promoting its values and services.
