Remit

We are working with an elderly care provider who is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to look after multiple sites which provide domiciliary care across the North West. This is a brand-new role in which you would be able to get involved in lots of project focused work such as acquisitions, managing new rostering systems, service improvements and developments or CQC improvements.

The successful candidate will have responsibility implementing and driving operational excellence across the remit as well as identify and sharing best practice across the group from training, commercials, people, culture, quality, systems & processes, marketing, branding, troubleshooting etc.

The Candidate

We are looking to speak with candidates who are experienced Registered Managers within Home Care and are now looking to move into an operational position. Ideally, you will have multi site management experience but if you are a strong manager with a great track record then please feel free to apply. You will have a good understanding of achieving key operational and commercial outcomes.

PackageIn return, my client is offering a salary of £42,000 – £45,000 per annum plus a range of benefits.
