Are you an experienced Operations Manager/ Multi-Site Registered Manager with a passion for making a difference in children’s lives?
Do you have the drive to lead and oversee a growing network of children’s homes?
I’m currently working with an established and respected children’s care provider, looking for a dynamic Operations Manager/Responsible Individualto take charge of a small but expanding remit of children’s homes in South London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee the operations of children’s homes to ensure outstanding care and compliance with Ofsted standards
- Lead on registration of new services as you expand your remit.
- Drive operational excellence and service improvement across all homes
- Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all children under your care
- Work closely with senior management to support the company’s expansion plans
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and key stakeholders
